Recently the FDA was the last of the HHS agencies to implement financial disclosure requirements. In the case of FDA, the requirement is that clinical investigators report to FDA their financial interests, including equity in the sponsoring pharmaceutical company and payments which are not related to clinical trials. In support of this, our client asked for a data warehouse and transactional capabilities to capture disclosures by investigators and payments from their own internal systems.
